The Freeport Middle School Pool is a recently renovated 25 yard facility with six lanes and starting blocks. It is 12 feet deep at the start end and 3 feet deep at the turn end. All Freeport Site Practices are held at the Freeport Middle School Pool.

The Duis Recreation Center Pool is a recently renovated 25 yard facility with six lanes, starting blocks, and a separate diving well. It is 5 feet deep at the start end and 3 feet deep at the turn end. All Sterling Site Practices are held at the Duis Recreation Center Pool.
